If youāre not satisfied with your MN8 product, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible orders.
To qualify:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Product must be at leastĀ 75% full
- You may be asked to provide a brief explanation so we can improve

Please note: Return shipping is the customerās responsibility unless the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival.

- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide next steps
- Once we receive your return, weāll process a refund to your original payment method (allow 5ā10 business days for processing)

Additional Notes
- Returns must be sent back in their original packaging where possible
- We do not offer refunds on gift cards or promotional items
- If your product arrived damaged, please contact us immediately with photos
- Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youāll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once weāve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youāll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
