Terms and Conditions for "Win a Trip to New Zealand" TikTok Lead Generation Competition

  1. Eligibility

This competition is open to individuals aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Participants must be residents of Los Angeles.

2 Entry Period

The competition begins on the start date and ends on the end date chosen by MN8 Skincare (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be considered.

  1. How to Enter

Complete the entry form on our website to enter. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

  1. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email.

  1. Prize

The winner will receive:

  • Round-trip airfare for two (2) to New Zealand from Los Angeles
  • Accommodations for 7 nights.
  • A locals-only tour of the North Island by Jaxon (Founder)
  • Full MN8 Skincare range, including Mānuka cleanser, Mānuka serum and Mānuka moisturizer.

The prize does not include meals, travel insurance, personal expenses, or any other costs not specifically described above.

  1. Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

  1. Publicity

By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  1. Data Usage

Personal information collected during the competition will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with MN8ā€™s's privacy policy.

  1. Disqualification

Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or provide false information will be disqualified.

  1. Limitation of Liability

  1. Social Media Sharing

By checking the box on the entry form indicating "If you won, would you be happy to share your journey on socials?", participants agree that if they are selected as the winner, they may be requested to document and share their travel experience on their personal social media accounts. The winner's participation in sharing their journey is voluntary and not a condition of receiving the prize. If the winner agrees, they consent to tag MN8 Skincare and use any specified hashtags provided by MN8 Skincare in their social media posts.

MN8 may also request permission to share or repost the winner's social media content related to the trip on its own social media channels and marketing materials, with proper credit given to the winner.
